Do We Suffer in Christ

2 Timothy 2:12

If we endure,

We shall also reign with Him.

If we deny Him,

He also will deny us.

The KJV says, "suffer." If we suffer with Christ, we then will reign with Him.

Suffer what? Sickness, disease, cancer. No, what did Christ suffer? Persecution, and you will too if you live for Him. You will suffer persecutiok n if you preach Jesus, divine healing, the gifts of the Spirit, and Faith.

Hebrews 12:6

For whom the LORD loves He chastens,

And scourges every son whom He receives.”

The KJV says, "chastens."

That does not mean God beat up or makes His children sick. The word "chastens" means to teach. We teach our children to do right things, we do harm them. Nor do we send them to school and tell theCV teacher, if little johnny acts up put some cancer in his punch bowl that will do the trick. No we teach our children just as our loving Father teaches us not put a sickness on us to teach us a lesson. That just don't sense.
