Attentive

Acts 17:11 These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so. Acts 17:11NKJV
When we love something, we are passionate about it,  we become focused on that thing. Men are especially focused when comes to women,  (sex). It consumes our whole day. If a woman wants to prank a man with a possible reward he will do almost anything. When he realizes he has been tricked he has such a let down. For a moment he was focused and concentrated on his goal.
Being attentive is all about knowing what is happening around you and engaging in it. I our walk with God,  He asks us to be attentive to His ways.  Not just so we walk in the right  manner,  but because He wants us to partner with Him in accomplishing what He is doing on earth. Amen

The talking was not enough it was only getting worse. All balance and lucidity flushed away; he yelled like a toddler,  screaming out loud. But it is to no avail. It only last for seconds. Obscenities,  fears, overreaction all burst forth with no logical reason. It is no fun when your brain becomes unbalanced or over loaded. We misplace our sensibilities,  and rational thinking goes out the window. This is where God has given us the Holy Spirit to be with us, and to aid us in self-control and patience. Amen

Receptive

The one who is least important in your eyes is actually the most important one of all.”  Luke 9:48 Passion Jesus was open to meeting with anyone. The poor, the oppressed,  the broken and turned away. But especially He was receptive to children. God restores, those who are responsive to His openness receive everything He promises.  When we realize our true place before a righteous and holy God, there is a longing to receive mercy and forgiveness. Only then can He become the high priestly sacrifice that we all need. Amen

Intimacy

For love is supreme and must flow through each of these virtues. Love become the mark of maturity.  Colossians 3:14 Passion  God is our healer. He wants us to be close to Him. His desire is that our hearts be closely familiar with His. His specialty is ultimate intimacy, He so loves us and knows our very beings. Amen
