Mercy

As  big brother I know all to well the taunting and the antagonistic ways of a little brother. After all the teasing  and poking can go on for so long before someone is on the floor in a headlock.  And then the crying begins. The aggravation worked until he started to receive his just reward,  then the interpretation was to cry out for compassion.
We are the antagonist,  we go all day repeating the same mistakes the sins that so easily untangle us. We have but 1 report "mercy". When we cry out for mercy, He looks at us with a Fatherly love and the sacrifice the Son made. Our sins are forgiven and through our gracious God, we receive mercy. Amen
